How do I find out my ring size?

The best way to find out your ring size is to visit your local jeweller. UK sizes are from A-Z; thicker rings may need larger sizes. Your fingers do tend to swell in the heat, so bear this in mind when working out your size.

Can I return my item?

We hope you love your Karen Phillips Jewellery, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied we will accept the return of unworn jewellery within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit note (minus the cost of any postage) provided the piece has not been damaged in any way. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty. Can you size my ring if it isn’t right?

Some Karen Phillips Jewellery is able to be sized, but a few items can’t be. Please contact us before purchase if you are concerned. Most items can be made in bespoke sizes if you have individual requirements.

Are your diamonds conflict free?

Yes. All the gemstones we use come from UK suppliers who guarantee their sources are conflict free in compliance with United Nations Resolutions.
